Chelsea used Olivier Giroud up front today, and it didn’t really work out.
The striker has scored perhaps the most important goal of the Thomas Tuchel era when he bicycled one in against Atletico Madrid, but other than that he hasn’t looked great, and looks a poor fit for the German coach’s system.
